In 2001, Randy founded WageWatch and currently serves as the President and CEO. His experience includes over 30 years of software development and consulting to
the hospitality/gaming/healthcare industry. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Travis co-founded WageWatch in 2001 and leads sales team with a focus on expanding sales within the company through vertical growth. His has 20 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industry. Travis has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University.
Betty joined WageWatch in 2016 as a Customer Support Specialist. She assists with sales and customer service issues such as: account access, subscriptions, and billing. Her previous customer service experience has been in Financial Services and Sales. Betty studied at South Mountain Community College.
In 2013, Debra joined WageWatch and contributes over twenty-five years of management experience in compensation and benefits experience for Interstate Hotels. She directs consulting projects and is adept at understanding customer’s needs and developing solutions. Debra works with clients to design and implement compensation plans that reflect local market conditions and are compliant with federal and state employment laws. She studied human resource management at Stony Brook University.
In 2016 Cheryl joined WageWatch bringing twenty-five years of experience in marketing, research and analysis to the company. She leads the marketing implementation for the company. Cheryl has held management positions within marketing organizations primarily within the healthcare industry. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Anderson University and an MBA with a focus in human resources from Central Michigan University.
Amber joined WageWatch in 2015 as an intern and has progressed within the organization to her current role as regional sales manager. Her experience in the industry and high energy are reflected in her ability to grow business. Amber has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.
Henisha Rathod joined WageWatch in 2015 as the lead developer of the IT development team. Her recent efforts have been focused on leading the design and development of the new WageWatch website. Henisha has studied at Gujarat University and at the Indian Institute of Management.
Wilma joined WageWatch at its founding in 2001 as the Assistant Controller. She keeps our finances running smoothly with the breadth of experience that she brings from her 30 years of accounting experience.
Will joined WageWatch in 2018. He is a key member of the data analytics team and interacts with clients to help them gain insight from the WageWatch proprietary compensation database. Will designs, builds, and maintains the compensation database. Will holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University.
